Client Challenge: Women and Negotiation in the Workplace

Unitive Consulting was hired to provide leadership coaching to a group of female leaders in a mid-size high-tech company. All these women felt their main ussues were difficulties in influencing and negotiating in a male-dominant environment. Unitive Consulting addressed this need by delivering a powerful negotiation training and included a series of group coaching session. Each woman offered valuable insights as to how they felt the training and group coaching provided them with more confidence to be a more assertive leader. They felt comfortable negotiating from a place of influence, instead of feeling like they had to hide their femininity and adopt masculine traits to express their ideas and positions.
